Michael Cumming, M.D., F.R.C.P.C., M.B.A.
Dr. Cumming is a board certified interventional radiologist at Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) and the director of CDI Vascular Care. His clinical interests are diverse and include peripheral arterial disease, venous access, dialysis maintenance, uterine fibroid embolization, pelvic venous congestion and lower extremity venous disease.
Dr. Cumming is passionate about providing personalized, cost-effective, and high-quality care to his patients. He is involved in the local medical community and currently serves on the Minnesota Medical Association Health Care Access, Finance, and Delivery Committee and is a founding member of the local chapter of the Save a Leg Save a Life Foundation.
Rochelle Wolfe, M.D.
Dr. Wolfe is a board certified interventional radiologist at CDI Vascular Care. Her clinical interests include venous ablation and sclerotherapy for venous incompetence, uterine fibroid embolization and endovascular intervention for peripheral vascular disease.
Dr. Wolfe earned her medical degree at the University of Minnesota and completed her Transitional internship at Hennepin County Medical Center, both in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She completed her Diagnostic Radiology residency at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and her Interventional Radiology fellowship at University of California - San Diego in San Diego, California. She is a member of the American College of Radiology, Society of Interventional Radiology and Radiological Society of North America.
Mary Collier, Nurse Practitioner
Mary holds a Master of Arts Degree in Nursing, with a concentration in Geriatrics, from The College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minn. and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand View College in Des Moines, Iowa.
Greg Allen, MPAS, PA-C
Greg completed his PA (physician assistant) studies at St. Catherine University Henrietta Schmoll School of Health in St. Paul, Minn.
Nathan Braun, Radiology Practitioner Assistant, Clinical Supervisor
Nathan received his clinical training through a joint program between the University of Minnesota and Weber State University. He has worked in interventional radiology for 15 years.
Tina DeYoung, Registered Nurse
Tina earned her Associate of Arts Degree at Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minn. and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree at the University of Minnesota.
Angela Guentner, Technologist Assistant
Angela received her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her associate’s degree in Nursing at Minneapolis Community and Technical College. Angela has focused her nursing career in Women's reproductive health.
Lisa Kerkow, Certified Medical Assistant
Lisa completed medical assistant education at Minnesota School of business in March of 2012 and passed the certification in May of 2012.
Anna Olson, Registered Vascular Technologist
Anna received her clinical training and Associate of Applied Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Argosy University in the Twin Cities. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College.
Katharine Stone, Vascular Ultrasound Technologist
Katie received her Associates of Applied Science Degree in Vascular Sonography and Medical Assisting through Argosy University in the Twin Cities. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College. She holds credentialing in Vascular and Abdominal.
Julie Campos, Administrative Supervisor
Julie earned her Associate of Arts at North Hennepin Community College and is going to school for her Business Management Degree.
Morgen Horan, Patient Coordinator
Morgen received her bachelor’s degree in Biology, Society and the Environment from University of Minnesota where she minored in the History of Science, Medicine and Technology.
Ger Hang, Certified Medical Assistant
Ger completed the Medical Assistant program at Chippewa Valley Technical College.
Monica Crandall, Patient Coordinator
Monica will be completing her Associates of Arts Degree in the spring of 2018.
Alyssa Torfin, Registered Nurse
Alyssa earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing through Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas. She has focused most of her career towards critical care nursing.
Sherry Lucas, Interventional Radiologic Technologist
Sherry received her Associates of Applied Science Degree through East Grand Forks Northwest Technical College and the University of Minnesota - Crookston. She has been working in Interventional Radiology for 20 years.
