Nicholas Frank, MD
Prior to joining CDI, Dr. Frank worked most recently as a clinical instructor at the University of Minnesota Department of Radiology - Interventional Radiology division. Dr. Frank is passionate about providing personalized, cost-effective and high quality care to his patients.
Dr. Frank completed both his interventional radiology fellowship and diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He completed his internship/transitional year at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His professional affiliations include the American College of Radiology, American Medical Association, Minnesota Medical Association, Minnesota Radiological Society and Radiologic Society of North America.
Jeremy Friese, MD, MBA
Dr. Friese completed his clinical fellowship in Image Guided Therapy (Angiography and Interventional Radiology) at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts, where he also earned his MBA. He completed two residency programs, the first time as a resident and the second time as a chief resident at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. He completed his preliminary surgery internship/residency at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Scottsdale, Arizona. He graduated medical school from Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota.
Dr. Friese’s professional affiliations include the American Alliance of Academic Chief Residents in Radiology, American College of Radiology, Interventional Guidelines Committee, Managed Care/Private Payors Committee, American Medical Association, Association of University of Radiologists, Radiological Society of North America, Society of Interventional Radiology and the Clinical Practice Development Committee.
Mary Gray, Nurse Practitioner
Mary holds a Master of Arts Degree in Nursing, with a concentration in Geriatrics, from The College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minn. and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand View College in Des Moines, Iowa.
Nathan Braun, Radiology Practitioner Assistant, Clinical Supervisor
Nathan received his clinical training through a joint program between the University of Minnesota and Weber State University. He has worked in interventional radiology for 15 years.
Lisa Kerkow, Certified Medical Assistant
Lisa completed medical assistant education at Minnesota School of business in March of 2012 and passed the certification in May of 2012.
Anna Olson, Registered Vascular Technologist
Anna received her clinical training and Associate of Applied Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Argosy University in the Twin Cities. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College.
Katharine Stone, Vascular Ultrasound Technologist
Katie received her Associates of Applied Science Degree in Vascular Sonography and Medical Assisting through Argosy University in the Twin Cities. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College. She holds credentialing in Vascular and Abdominal.
Julie Campos, Administrative Supervisor
Julie earned her Associate of Arts at North Hennepin Community College and is going to school for her Business Management Degree.
Morgen Horan, Patient Coordinator
Morgen received her bachelor’s degree in Biology, Society and the Environment from University of Minnesota where she minored in the History of Science, Medicine and Technology.
Ger Hang, Certified Medical Assistant
Ger completed the Medical Assistant program at Chippewa Valley Technical College.
Monica Crandall, Patient Coordinator
Monica completed her Associates of Arts Degree in the spring of 2018.
Sherry Lucas, Interventional Radiologic Technologist
Sherry received her Associates of Applied Science Degree through East Grand Forks Northwest Technical College and the University of Minnesota - Crookston. She has been working in Interventional Radiology for 20 years.
Tara has been an ER nurse for six years and started at CDI Vascular in the summer of 2018. She has really enjoyed working with the vascular team and experience a different side of nursing. In her free time, she loves to travel, be active and spend time with her friends and family.
Kathy Lang Frost
Kathy has worked at CDI for over 22 years. She is married with one daughter and two adorable dogs. She and her husband enjoy spending time with family and friends and being outdoors either boating or biking. In the winter, their favorite activity is ice fishing.
